Wonderful flavor!
Soak the plank in water overnight. Dry the plank and lightly oil the top surface with olive oil. Pre-heat the grill on high for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Adjust the heat to medium high and pre-heat the plank by placing it on the grill for 5 minutes.
Add your meat or fish and cook.
The flavor of the wood adds a wonderful taste to the meat or fish.
